Turkey Meatballs with Pasta and Veggies


  • 16 ounces bowtie pasta, uncooked
  • 1 (14 ounce) package Armour® Original Turkey Meatballs, thawed
  • 2 cups thawed frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Combine meatballs, vegetables and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cover; simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until meatballs and vegetables are heated through, stirring once.
  3. Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid. Add pasta and cooking liquid to meatball mixture. Season with salt and pepper and top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
