Meatball Grilled Cheese


  • 1- 14oz package Armour Meatballs, thinly sliced
  • 12 tablespoons butter; divided
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 loaves Texas Toast garlic bread


  1. Shingle sliced meatballs and 1 slice provolone cheese between 2 pieces of toast.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a hot pan on medium high heat. Cook sandwich on one side until bread is toasted and warm, about 3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon butter to pan and flip sandwich. Cook opposite side for 3 additional minutes.
  3. Repeat steps one and two until all sandwiches are made.
