Italian Wedding Soup


  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (14 ounce) package Armour® Italian Style Meatballs
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 12 ounces thin egg noodles, uncooked


  1. Combine broth and Italian meatballs in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat, stirring once.
  2. Stir in vegetables; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in noodles; continue to simmer until meatballs and vegetables are heated through and noodles are tender, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
