Hawaiian Meatball Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained, cut in 1/8ths
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (14 ounce) package Armour® Original Meatballs, thawed
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 10 (6-inch) bamboo skewers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. To assemble kebabs, alternately thread pineapple, onion, bell pepper and meatballs onto skewer. Repeat to form 10 kebabs.
  3. Place skewers in a baking dish; brush with teriyaki sauce.
  4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until meatballs are heated through.
