Meatball Entrees
Italian Meatballs and Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
8 ounces dry penne pasta, (2 cups), uncooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped (about ½ cup)
1 small onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
1 (16 ounce) package Armour® Italian Style Bite Size Meatballs, thawed
1 (24 ounces) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (4 ounce) cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 (1 ounce) cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add pepper and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes. Stir in meatballs and spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes or until meatballs are hot.
Drain pasta. Stir into meatball mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
