Meatball Entrees
Hawaiian Meatball Kebabs

Makes: 10 servings
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained, cut in 1/8ths
1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (16 ounce) package Armour® Original Bite Size Meatballs, thawed
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
10 (6-inch) bamboo skewers
Preheat oven to 350°F
To assemble kebabs, alternately thread pineapple, onion, bell pepper and meatballs onto skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients to form 10 kebabs.
Place skewers in a baking dish; brush with sauce. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until meatballs are heated through.
