Be Realistic

Don’t set out trying to make dinner seven nights a week. Start with one night, and if you can, build your way up to three nights a week.

Avoid the 6 pm fire drill by breaking down your meal prep into 10-minute tasks. Do what you can before you leave for work – thaw out a bag of Armour® Frozen Meatballs. Rinse and chop veggies to cook later on. If you can prepare some of it sooner, prep will take less time later.
